For a couple of years I suffered from anxiety and symptomatic depression and as a result of that I also suffered from extreme weight loss. I tried several treatments such as counselling and cognitive behavioural therapy to help over come this tough time but nothing seemed to work. It wasn’t until I met Helen that I was able to gain the tools and emotional strength to over come the challenges I was facing on a daily basis.

Helen was so open and welcoming to help me get over my anxiety and depression, using exercises, techniques, vitamins and flower essences tailored to my needs she helped me over face my demons and helped me move forward and stay on track. Helen was always quick to notice when I was in need of another balance and was able to fit me in at times that were convenient to me. I felt as though she would go out of her way to make sure that all aspects of my health always came first and that meant a lot to me as I felt that was completely over looked in other treatments I had tried prior.

Helen is such a loving and caring woman and it shows in her work. She takes her time to make sure you are looked after and are getting a best possible treatment. She recommends only the best vitamins and supplements and tailor makes the perfect flower essences to suit you. I always walk away from my appointments a new woman and I feel refreshed and empowered to take on life’s challenges.

I cannot thank Helen enough for her help, she is the first person I go to when things start feeling too much and she is always there with open arms waiting to help me. I am so grateful to have met Helen and I would recommend her to any and everyone who is interested in her work.
