Who would have thought we could have hay fever in winter!
But it is true, the plants that are shedding pollen at this time of the year are Wattle , Macrocarpa, Pine, and Gorse. If you’ve noticed a green or yellow film settling on your car, windows or puddles – that’s the pollen.
There is some variation through out New Zealand, but generally these trees start shedding in June/July and it goes through to September.
So – what if that nasal congestion you’ve been having isn’t the common cold or flu? And if you’ve been treating it as the cold or flu it isn’t shifting or changing – maybe it is mid-winter hay fever.
With the tools of TBM – Advanced Kinesiology I can help you identify what is going on and energetically harmonise the irritant, and support your body with an Immunity Balance.
