The ‘Box’ is your life. Is the space that we have been trained to stay inside – just like fleas in a circus trained to not jump high with a glass lid – so are we trained by this reality, our families and even ourselves to never go beyond the glass ceiling. To never stand out or be too much.

Getting out of the box is realising that your life is stifled in so many ways and knowing that you need to change it, but having no idea how to do so. So when you realized that you need to change, then you need tools that will help you change and that’s what this article can start to give you.
1. Recognise the origin of your beliefs
Many of the beliefs you have didn’t come from you – they were implanted often by our parents and they may not actually be true for you. Without ever questioning their point of view, you take it on as your own. Recognising that the box you are living in comes from points of view that may not even be yours is the beginning of a new possibility.
2. Interesting Point of View
When you recognise these points of view, you can say “Interesting point of view, I have that point of view.” When you repeat this several times, what happens is that rather than holding on to a particular point of view, and concluding that it is real and true, it becomes nothing more than interesting.
3. Choice creates.
As soon as you make a choice to do or something different, your reality will start to change. Ask questions – What else is possible? If you had total choice available, what would you create? Live your life in 10 second increments – no choice is wrong or right. If something doesn’t work out – move on and choose again.
